Have you ever got overwhelmed with so much health information on the internet that you are confused? If you are, then you have come to the right place. 🙂
Hi! I am Sarika author/cook/photographer behind The Health Plate. I am a mother of a 10 year old boy. I have been inclined towards holistic lifestyle after my son was born. I started sharing my recipes and tips on a Facebook page, ‘Baby Tummy‘. Over the years the page organically grew to more than one hundred thousand followers. Gaining confidence and experience from there, I decided to start this blog.
My aim through this page is to share with all the mothers healthy recipes that has helped me and my child to achieve better immunity, home remedies that I have learned through research and many hit and trials over the years. And most importantly, to be Genuine! 🙂
All the information I share in this blog is well researched. But I am not perfect. Like anyone else I make mistakes and learn from it.
