About Me

Have you ever felt overwhelmed by the flood of health information on the internet—so much that it leaves you more confused than confident? If yes, then you’re definitely not alone. And more importantly, you’ve come to the right place.

Hi!

I’m Sarika—writer, cook, photographer, and the person behind The Health Plate. I’m also a mom to an 11-year-old boy, and it was his arrival that sparked my journey toward a more holistic lifestyle. What started as a few healthy tips and homemade remedies shared on my Facebook page Baby Tummy quickly grew into a community of over 100,000 followers.

Encouraged by the love and support, I decided to take things a step further and create this blog.

Through this space, I hope to connect with mothers and families who want to lead a healthier life minus the complicated advice. I share easy-to-follow recipes, time-tested home remedies, and wellness tips that I’ve picked up through both research and real-life trial and error.

But most importantly, I promise to always be genuine.

Everything I post on The Health Plate is backed by personal testing and research—but I’m no expert, just a mom learning and growing every day. That’s why your feedback and constructive criticism mean the world to me. Let’s learn from each other.

I’m so excited to be on this journey with you, and I hope this blog becomes a small but helpful part of your family’s wellness path.
